There isn't a sample website as such because it is essentially 'empty' framework to start building upon.

You best way to go is to look in the [url=http://ellislab.com/forums/viewforum/58/"]Ignited Code[/url] section of the forum to find any kind of sample code. Or have a look at some sample applications that have been built on it.
