New Library: CI EasyXML

Hello,

I just shared in my github a library for CodeIgniter named "CIEasyXML".

CiEasyXML is a library for CodeIgniter. It allows you to CRUD your data in XML file in a easy way.
The objective of CiEasyXML is to simulate the same way you would do if you would store your data
in a MySQL database. This library is in first version and it works great! However it can be
improved and extedend.

If you like or have any suggestion let me know. I left a todo list inside the library comments in order to make clear my final objectives, but the library can be used as the way it is. If you want to fork feel free. Any doubts or comments just post on this topic. Thanks!
