Should I use CI 2.1.3 or 3.0-dev for a new project?

Hello,

I am starting a new project and I could not decide what CI version to use because I do not want to rewrite my app every 6 months.

Can someone point me in the right direction? Please!

I think you should start new project with CI 2.1.3 because it's still very simple. Or if you want, you completely use CI 3.0-dev. There is nothing problem.

Make sure you review the license. The CI 3.0 license is much different than 2.1.3.
