Using APC with CI

I would like to use APC with my CI app.

Is there anything I should do before enabling it? Maybe I should filter out several files from framework which are not supposed to be accelerated? Any thoughts?

I have no problems running apc cache on any if my codeigniter applications or php applications for that matter. if you use the default setup it checks to see if the file changed since it last ran and reprocesses it and puts it back in the cache.
