Error 404 in new installation

I just installed CI in a new WAMP machine running windows 8, and when I run CI for the first time, I get a 404 error.
All I did was DL CI 2.1.4, uncompress, move, access, error 404.

Anybody has any idea onto what this is happening?:down:

most likely your Apache isn't set up the same on both machines.
