Problem with google maps api

Hello,

Personal'm having a problem with the google Maps API v3. The problem is this when I am on my local server and put the $ marker ['position'] filled with the full address eg ave. Paulista, 100, sao paulo, Brazil works perfectly but when I upload to the hosting provider it shows a map of the ocean. But if I put in $ marker ['position'] cordenada one example: 37.4419, -122.1419 works just right.
What might be happening?
I'm using CodeIgniter Google Maps V3 API Library of Biostall.
