[split] Composer?

NO i am not dismissing composer at all - i started by saying that it obviously has a lot of traction. today.
i actually did not know when i started that post that both of those websites were down. but it reinforced the point that
developers get very excited about packagers etc -- but they have no loyalty and will migrate very quickly to whatever is the easiest solution.
its just a cautionary tale, take it however you want.

It seems not a few people here don't like Composer.
Personally I think now Composer completely took over the place where PEAR was before.

I think we don't have to worry about Composer decline. Now is the time it grows.
But the cautionary tale of @cartolot is true in the long term.

After all, the current policy of CodeIgniter seems to be good choice.

If you don't want it, you don't need it.
If you want to use it, you could use it perfectly.
