Looking for Codeigniter programer with e-commerce experience

I have an e-commerce website developed with codeigniter. This site sells audio (like music and character voices) and it has Paypal as a payment method. The thing is that people can pay for the audio but then it never gets delivered. This issue needs to be fixed asap.
