Somebody reanimated that old zombie thread from 4 years ago!  Tongue

Monday.com looks interesting. But for now I will stick to Trello. It’s perfect for my small hobby projects.

At work we use Jira.

Recently I discovered an interesting tool - Primetric. It doesn't offer to-do lists but it's extremely useful when it comes to project portfolio management, budget forecasting, resource allocation etc. Hope it helps.

I am also interested in this question. Since I need to hire an outsourced development team. I read an article that there are great specialists in Ukraine. Now I understand that many companies need the work. I am ready to give them this opportunity. If there are guys from Ukraine who are willing to do software development, I will be happy to talk to them.

I use this productivity measurement tool from EmpMonitor. It helps you assess how much time you're spending on each task. I've found it useful in adjusting my estimates, which could help you refine your project completion dates. You can plan, organize, and manage the entire project using their software, so I'd say it's a must for anyone who wants to manage their projects better.
