Comments and explanations - how to do it better?

I also like to put a comment in my code where a method is calling another method to point to the file that it is in.

A year from now it will really help instead of trying to search around for it.

IE: ( This method calls this method in this file ).

TODO: Refactor this code for more speed later on.
