Installation errors

I have finally found the problem but I dont know how to fix it.
Actually all the links work if I put index.php in the path.

By example, this link : www.dev.com/azezezez
not gonna work

But : www.dev.com/index.php/azezezez
will work

Have u any idea for fixing that ?
