CSRF Protection not being set

AWS EC2 using opsworks. I'm using the exact same chef recipes as i have been for months. My app is still setting all the other cookies correctly, but it fails to set my csrf one.

Codeigniter is simply one of the tools you need to learn to be a successful developer. Always add more tools to your coding arsenal!
