I want to develop application with CI, and I need to use Access Control List but not on the controller level but on the functionality level.
I need to manage the users in groups with specific privileges.
Is is better to use flat file for the privilege confige or db table to manage the privileges.
And if there is any library to do that.
Advise me please.
