Finding php programmer in Spain

We are a startup developing apps to help people studying for goverment jobs
We are looking for a php senior developer with knowledge on CI3.
He will be in charge of a team of 2 people.
The job is fully remote but you need to speak in spanish.
Everything is remotely.
The salary is around 30K
