Parse error : syntax error in v4.2.0

I downloaded today v4.2.0. and try to run this new project. But I am getting this error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '_592_000' (T_STRING), expecting ')' in C:\Program Files\Ampps\www\.......\app\Config\Constants.php on line 41

You need PHP 7.4 or later.
