CI4 Manual Installation

Tried again with FRESH install of xampp (same machine & configuration). Manually copied the files for CodeIgniter. Same error message as I was getting earlier.

Then changed \xampp\php\php.ini for ;extension=intl to extension=intl

The above change worked, without making a code change in File: ./system/CodeIgniter/CodeIgniter.php.

It is displaying the Welcome page correctly.

so your on Linux ; i didn't see your previous post . I think the way forward is to go from xampp located installed /opt to using apache on linux .
xampp is basically an "embedded " system . So its not actually installed . If you got few answers I suspect most don't use xampp.
If you need help with dev on Linux , thats something i have half a clue on. What Linux distro are you using ?

CMS CI4     I use Arch Linux by the way
