what is the implied path?

I am getting this error in my code. What is the implied path to ???/assets/grocery-crud/languages/english.php?  I am not sure if the file doesn't really exist or my code just cannot see it?

try to find the english.php in 'public/assets/grocery-crud/languages/'

#11 - Default language should be with uppercase at the first letter as it is causing issues on UNIX based systems.
