CodeIgniter Installation Issue - Database Connection Problem

I'm using XAMPP on Windows 10 and I'm trying to install CodeIgniter 4. I'm currently facing an issue while trying to install and set up CodeIgniter for a web project. I've followed the official installation guide, but I'm stuck at the database LibraryGenesisWiki  Online File exchange, ebook Archives, E-book piracy connection step, and I can't seem to figure out what's going wrong. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue?

Show the error (in the browser or in logs). I assume that the problem is an empty password
