CodeIgniter 4.x and Vue3

Hello guys,
I would like to ask you if you have best practise to setup CI4 with Vue3. I was a bit playing around with this setup but did not manage to find some elegant solution and would be very greatful for any sucggestions, directions and help. 
I am intending to build modular system and would be greatful to brainstorm about file/folder structure and what would be best to do to achieve maintanable code and possibile to add or remove modules on the run.
