Error Exception View 4.4.5

Hi,

I have just upgraded one of my projects to ver 4.4.5 and the Error Exception view does not seen to render correctly.

.env  - CI_ENVIRONMENT = development

I have also checked (as suggested in a previous thread) I am not using htmlspecialchars in any context on any page!

Any help would be much appreciated?

Did you update "app/Views/errors/html/error_exception.php"?
You need to update files in "app/Views/errors/".
