Codeignighter not resonding

Good day,

I am new to the codeigniter forum, I am trying to create a new topic but don't know where.

My question is, I am having a 400 error "Bad Request" from XAMPP, when I am trying to access my codeiginiter project.
The home controller works: https://localhost/project/
But, every other directory shows a 400 Error: https://localhost/project/*

I have set the proper the routing and config file.
