In the instructions for upgrading to version 7....

The file system/application/config/contants.php needs to be copied to upgrade to work properly. Anybody else notice this?

It didn't change between 1.6.3 and 1.7.0 . Constants.php was introduced in 1.6.2 (upgrade instructions).
