Project Management with CodeIgniter

Hi guys
We're searching for a project management software, that can help us in codeIgniter development
I'm sure lot of you use this kind of software, and I'd like to read some opinions.

We're looking for a software, web based, that has CRM, bugtracking, project management, and (if possible) some kind of tasks scheduling, and budget calculations...

Do you know any?
Our idea is to separate tasks and assign to developers, for example
Controller X -> Developer1
Model X -> Developer2
View X -> Developer3

and so on...

Does trac have a web interface? so we can give url and a username to our client, so he can add bugs, etc.?

Trac is a web-interface, it is a webinterface to svn
