Page not found problem

Hi

i made one application which is working well n fine in localhost

now i put it on server and changed config file accordingly..specially base url and database

but application isnt working..its showing page not found error..

.htaccess is working fine...n url gets redirected as required...
when i type direct full url upto function of controller then also problem persists...

i think this is general problem..as there are other threads availbale on this issue..
but none of them gave solution in thread...

please..
show me the solution...

Sounds like the uri's are not detected correctly. Try setting $config['uri_protocol'] different.
