audio streaming

hi, the next application i will be working on will require a little bit of audio streaming.. as i've never coded such things, could anyone recommend some simple audio player which is free of charge?

What do you mean by "audio streaming"?
If you mean an swf player which is able to preload a audio file, have a look at: XSPF Web Music Player
