File not found error why ?

Dear friends,

I am trying to build appz in CI. Basically . I am using Apache2Triad for testing purpose, it seems alright in Apache2Triad, why it is not working in real linux web server ? it just keep on giving following error, please help.

Check

- file permissions
- lower / upper case file names
- possibly a .htaccess file
