dompdf error - Inline_Frame_Decorator::normalise()

I keep getting this error when using dompdf.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Inline_Frame_Decorator::normalise() in plugins/dompdf/include/table_frame_decorator.cls.php on line 252

Has anyone else encountered this or know of a fix?

I had similar problems with another library which were caused by problems with PATH and require_once. Double-check your PATH to make sure the /dompdf/ tree is accessible.

I worked it out it couldn't deal with a missing opening <tr> tag so once I fixed that it started to work.
