codeextinguisher help

hi all, ive just come across code extinguisher and have decided to try an employ it for a backend for a new project im working on. However it does seem a little low on documentation and/or tutorials. I dont want to annoy everyone with specfic problems on here, but i was wondering if anyone knew of any good guides or tutorials that might point me in the right direction, for issues like getting rid of the example tables, and integrating relationships into the system. Any help would be appreciated on this.
