Has anyone tried MySQL Workbench yet? It seems pretty nice... Dare I say I may have finally found a replacement for phpMyAdmin?

http://www.navicat.com/en/index.html

I have recently started using Navicat. It is graphical, has a nice and easy SQL builder, tables are displayed with lots of features such as clicking on column headings and sorting.

I have tried without success to access online data and unfortunately cannot synchonise the localhost tables.

I will give the MySQL Workbench a try.

I only use WB to build my tables for big websites/systems...

For data manipulation is phpmyadmin... no one is better Big Grin

What about Adminer (http://www.adminer.org/en/).
Single file (117kb English only or 182kb multi-language) with many of phpMyAdmin features. Minimum or no configuration needed.

Navicat is good but it has a few quirks that are not so nice. I always end up using phpMyAdmin, despite the terrible interface. Will def check out MySQL workbench.
