Question mark as part of uri segment gives disallowed error |

Hi, Is there a way to make it possible to work with question marks as part of uri segments? I have query string disabled as default, and I tried adding the '?' to the allowed characters in the config file (as \?). But when I do something like this: http://localhost/Class/Function/What-is-this? And then output it, it will only show 'What-is-this', while I need it to display 'What-is-this?'... The ? disappears ![]() I tried encoding it in many different ways, but haven't found the answer yet ![]() Any ideas? Thanks!

I don't mean to doubt your design decision (and sorry, I can't answer your question at this time - will do some looking though) - but why do you want to include the question mark?

To be honest - laziness ![]() I'm rebuilding a site in CI that has those kinds of links already stored in a database. So I figured, as query strings are disabled, I could simply continue using the ?'s in my uri's. But it seems to be more difficult than I thought ![]() |
