Paypal auto return

Hi all,

I am facing problem with auto return functionality in paypal. In my account I have set auto return on and given a url.When any payment is made to my account I am redirecting to my site which I have mentioned in the return url but not getting any payment related data (payment status etc) in my site .Can you please tell me how can i get the payment status details .

And please let me know if a transactions fails even then paypal will be redirected to my site.

Hi VNR,

I assume your talking about the IPN return? I would take a look at the docs on https://www.x.com/ and make sure your doing everything you need to!

Thanks for your reply , No i ma just talking about auto return feature in merchant account (Website payment preferences) .In my account IPN and PDT are disabled.

auto return doesnt contain any data from my understanding. I suggest you contact paypal to get IPN and PDT enabled.

How to enable PDT?

To enable PDT we need to loginto our merchant account .After log in goto profile .There you can find website payment preferences under selling preferences section .In website payment preferences we can enable PDT(payment data transfer) option
