how to use this ajax library ?

hi, i need some help, can someone tell me how to use this ajax pagination library ?

all I understand is the instruction says
"put in system/libraries"
after that whats next ?

The documentation explains it in the next section "//CONTROLLER: my_data_page.php", followed by "VIEW: my_data_page.php".
