date-helper, in userguide's Timezone Reference is not proper .

In date-helper of user guide under Timezone Reference section it has wrong reference code of India and some other zones as India has +5.30 time difference but it in actual function it has val UP55 in user guide reference it is showing UP45 it should get updated as users may get confuse, and may make mistakes in coding.
