Move to new server Simplepie stop working???

Hello,

I can't find the cause why simplepie stopped working when i move the application to a new server.
Set up is the same as: http://www.haughin.com/code/simplepie/

On my own server it works great but on the new server it doesn't work. I get an empty array
One difference is the php version my server php 5.1.6 vs client server 5.2.8.

Could this be the cause?? if so, how do i fix this??

Did you try to check if there are errors produced? Logs or something?
