jquery effect page seen as broken on load

when page load the effect shown as broken ..is thre any idea to solve this problem..after page load complete ite working fine......attaching my page broken image...kindly give me an idea to remove this problem...is thre any idea to delay this effect start or div display to 10 sec.....

Umm.. Maybe you are talking about the .delay() function?
