questión about URI

I have a page where de people can create a personal homepage.
The page is located in www.thepage.com (example direction) and i want to the users can type the page name followed of his name to access directly to him homepage. For example:
My name is Antonio, so, i would like type www.thepage.com/antonio and access directly to my homepage.

but in codeigniter i dont know do it because in this case, antonio must be a controller.

Can somebody hel me?
