php5 framework based/derived/inspired on codeigniter

in my search for new codeigniter resources i found this obullo.com
it seams to be a php5 only framework based/derived/inspired (didn't had the time to look at the source) on codeigniter

i don't have the time now to analyse the code any time soon, if anyone has some time to take a look and share some opinions would be nice
