MS SQL Express Edition 2005 and MS SQL Server Developer Edition with Codeigniter

Hi,
I have two machine. On one machine I have

MS SQL Server Express Edition and CodeIgniter.

On another machine I have
MS SQL Server Developer Edition and CodeIgniter.

Although system DSN created in similar way but it is working gr8 for Express edition and giving error message "Unable to connect to your database server using the provided settings"

I am Using IIS7 as webserver.
Please help to fix the Issue.

Hi,
As i already discussed with you that I have two machines(One Desktop and one
Laptop):-
on Desktop
I have SQL Server Express Edition and CodeIgniter
and Laptop
I have SQL Server Developer Edition and CodeIgniter
I was wrong when i said that my application is not working with Developer
edition of SQL Server.
I replaced SQL Server Express Edition by Developer Edition on my Desktop
machine and I found that Application is running well with SQL Developer
Edition.
Now on my Desktop it is 32-bit OS(Windows 7) is installed and
on my Laptop it is 64-bit OS(Windows 7) is installed .

How I should fix this issue.
please please please help me.
