Upgrading from 1.7.x: core libraries

Hi

Upgrading my code from 1.7.x found some problems. In CI 2.0, libraries like "Loader" and "Output" are in new subfolder called "core". If you have it extended in 1.7.x you must create a "core" subfolder in your application folder and move this libraries here to load propertly.
