post_controller Hook does not work when Caching

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to use the post_controller hook in an application that uses caching feature.
The hook is properly called on the first run (and the cache file created).
However, when I refresh the page, the file cache is read, but my hook isn't called anymore...

Does anyone know why ?
