Wordpress installation within Codeigniter

Hi, I built a site that uses a lot of procedural PHP for the main body of the site, then has a wordpress multisite installation under a subdirectory that has a number of client blogs

http://nottingham.subverb.net/blog/moog



I want to rewrite the non-wordpress parts of the site (so everything outside of /blog/) in codeigniter and am just getting to grips with that, but I need to know whether it is possible to just re-install and run the wordpress network, or at least how I could do that?

to do one installation of wordpress in the domain,do the following.
1.suppose your site is www.mysite.com and you want blog at www.mysite.com/blogs
then
create a folder named blogs in your codeigniter web root,where other folders are like, application and system.
2.now copy the wordpress's all folders and files into that blogs folder.
3.open browser, and write their www.mysite.com/blogs .
4.now first time this is will create an installation of blog site into an another site.
