Hi,
I'm looking to add the functionality of related or similar queries to my real-estate agency website and would be interested to hear from anyone who has had experience with this.
I'm not looking for code as such, just some tips on how to go about this. For example a client selects an apartment to view the details and to one side is a list of other properties that are of similar characteristics... same area, price range, etc.
Are there any SQL tricks to achieve this? Or what do people recommend.
