How to replacement the URL?

The Actual URL is

http://localhost/success/index.php/membe...ile/vijaym

When I click these link. Its automatically going to the corresponding Profile Page...

Here My Query is,...

When I click these URL(

http://localhost/success/index.php/membe...ile/vijaym

),

it will change like,
http://localhost/success/vijaym

After that i will clicking the URL(http://localhost/success/vijaym) its going to corresponding Profile Page.
