setting up the frameworks with jaws and using code ignighter

hi. a web site development student. styding web site development and will be using php. i use jaws for windows from http://www.freedomscientific.com. i got this link from another list. so, what is the best setup for acessibility working with this framework and also possibly the php editor that comes with it. any tips, tricks, getting started and accessibility options would be gratefully received.
