[Solved] Highrise API & REST Client Spark

I am in the process of trying to integrate Highrise (from 37 Signals) into a CI application via the Highrise REST API. I have installed Phil Sturgeon's REST client Spark and am able to run GET calls to retrieve various bits of information from my Highrise account OK.

However in order to write data to the account I have to post XML via the API. My question is has anyone any example of how to post XML via Phil's REST client?
