Dear Friends,
I have been wondering if there is any opensource consulting community/system that I could use as it is or with a few changes. The basic requirements are as following:
- One can register as a seeker or an expert
- If one registers as a seeker, he/she can post his/her questions to the forum under a particular category and all the experts registered under that category will be notified.
- Experts can register to provide advise and consultancy.
- An expert can form a group and can invite 1 or more other experts to join and to give consultancy as a group.
There are a couple of more things that I am looking for. Please let me know if there exists any system that meet these requirements. I need to start on this very soon hence any help would really be appreciated.
