My_Loader.php

I posed a question in another topic, and thought it might be more useful as a new topic.

We'll come across multiple MY_Loader.php classes if we use 3rd party libraries like Ocular, or if we want to use Sparks. Is there a best practice or preferable way to resolve conflicts or reconcile the loaders?
