CI + Twitter Bootstrap

I created myself a simple starting point for CI projects using Twitter's Bootstrap css & javascript framework, so thought I'd stick it in a public repo in case anyone else finds it useful. I'll keep it up to date with new Bootstrap versions as and when.

This does not include CI's system directory (I tend to symlink to a central CI directory for development, so in this repo it's gitignore'd).
