force to redirect after scanning QR code

Dear All,

I want to make a auto direct to the content when the device can read the QR code.

example: in my QR code contain: http://www.kh.passerellesnumeriques.org. So after we scan and decode user will see: http://www.kh.passerellesnumeriques.org and then click to see the content. But what I am going to do is that after scan it will direct to the content without seeing the url or user have to click.
