fckeditor issue

Hello everyone,
Well I have successfully used fckeditor to add, update all the posts. But recently I found that while inserting image from the editor it goes to userfiles created outside of the site and doesnot load at front.

While inserting image from the fckeditor. On the front-end I get below code

Please anyone with any dynamice idea to solve this issue.
